This is a private, read-only banking evidence integration used by Mark and Harriet Fenna. It is not a public banking service and is not offered to third parties.
With the explicit consent of the account holder, the application may access account information, balances and transaction information from a selected HSBC UK account through an Open Banking provider. The intended account is a joint account ending 06278, subject to provider and bank availability.
The data is used only to compare personal-account transactions with property-account records, identify possible property-expense reimbursements and capital or Director Loan movements, and investigate unmatched transfers.
The application is intended to retrieve information only. It does not initiate payments, transfers, payee changes or other banking actions, and it does not add the joint HSBC account as a normal QuickBooks Online bank feed.
The application may use HSBC Open Banking, an authorised Open Banking provider such as Enable Banking, a locally hosted read-only MCP process, Cloudflare-hosted legal pages and OpenAI/ChatGPT-connected tooling. Banking credentials and transaction data are not published on this website.
Credentials and provider keys are intended to remain on the private AI Pi with owner-only file permissions. Transaction data is retrieved only for the accounting review and retained only as needed for that review and applicable legal or accounting records. No data is sold or used for advertising.
