This private integration is used only by Mark and Harriet Fenna to retrieve and analyse their own HSBC account information for property-account evidence and bookkeeping support.
The integration is intended to use account-information and transaction-information access only. It is not intended to initiate payments, transfers, account changes or other banking actions.
The account holder must complete consent directly with HSBC and the Open Banking provider. No password, security answer or one-time code should be provided to ChatGPT or entered into an untrusted third party.
HSBC data is an evidence layer only. QuickBooks Online remains the accounting and posting system. No transaction will be posted or reconciled solely because it appears in HSBC data; property, supplier, category and Director Loan treatment must be confirmed first.
The integration depends on HSBC, the selected Open Banking provider, locally hosted software, Cloudflare and OpenAI/ChatGPT-connected tooling. Their terms, availability and permissions apply.
Provider availability, transaction history, categorisation, balances and session duration may vary. Retrieved information must be checked against bank and accounting records. Outputs are administrative assistance only and are not legal, tax, investment or accounting advice.
