This is a private integration used by Mark and Harriet Fenna to manage their own QuickBooks Online property accounts. It is not a public service and is not offered to third parties.
If authorised, the integration may access QuickBooks Online accounting information, including accounts, balances, transactions and reports, solely to support bookkeeping and reconciliation for the Fenna household property accounts.
Data is used to inspect, reconcile and, where expressly authorised, update the QuickBooks Online company. It is not sold, used for advertising or shared for unrelated purposes.
The integration may use Intuit QuickBooks Online, Cloudflare infrastructure and OpenAI/ChatGPT-connected tooling to provide the requested accounting workflow. Access is limited to the permissions granted by the account owner.
Access tokens and other credentials are intended to be stored using secured service configuration. Data is retained only as needed for the private accounting workflow and may be deleted on request, subject to records that must be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
